I understand and agree that the Marketing EXCELerator Program is designed as a full one-year contract and I am committing to invest in the entire annual program in order to take advantage of a Marketing EXCELerator retreat in 2009. I further understand and agree that, if, for any reason, I choose to remove or cancel myself from this program prior to the end of one year, I will forfeit my seat to a retreat. Alternatively, if I have attended a retreat prior to year end and then cancel, the remaining monthly payments to the end of one full year will be charged to my card.
